ZKL Family Day 2024
Family Day at ZKL is one of the traditional company events for our employees and their family members. We regularly meet together in June at both of our production plants – at Brno and Klášterec.
Family Day at Brno
On Saturday, June 22, the Family Day took place at ZKL Brno, a.s. production plant. Despite a rainy start, those who attended eventually enjoyed sunny summer weather. This year, too, many fun stations awaited the children, showcasing their skills and coordination. Other attractions included face painting, tattoos, bouncy castles, fun games with a clown, balloon animals, and an art competition titled "Draw Your Parents at Work."
A new feature was the participation of the South Moravian Fire Brigade (HZS JMK) in extinguishing a burning house, which wasn't easy. Thanks to the patience of the young participants, everything went well.
As part of the guided tour, a "Treasure Hunt" was prepared for the children. By putting together the clues, they discovered the tapered roller bearing type PLC 81-11-15.7. Those who searched correctly received a sweet reward at the end of the journey. During the tour, visitors could view the newly acquired technology for tapered and serial production and try assembling a bearing. As usual, bearing assembly was a big hit with both children and adults.
We concluded the pleasant family day by announcing the best riders on the rodeo bull in both adult and children’s categories. The winners received tangible prizes.
